MyEMR for the Pocket PC can be used with all billing system software.  For many popular chiropractic billing software applications, our ThirdPartySync™ application lets you import patient names and chart numbers into MyEMR for easy integration with a consistent set of patients and account numbers.  ThirdPartySync is designed to be run on an as-needed basis when you add new patients or make changes to patient addresses in your billing system. 

When used with EMR Datacenter, MyEMR for the Pocket PC benefits from a deeper level of chiropractic software integration.  Patient name information, diagnosis, and SOAP notes are stored within the same database.

MyEMR for the Pocket PC includes:

• Random text generation for dictation quality notes that don't appear computer generated or canned.
• Graphical anatomy and spinal views make data entry easy, where they are more efficient than long pick lists.
• Brief pick lists, fully user-customizable, that present choices that are applicable to the findings at issue.
• MyEMR for the Pocket PC uses Microsoft's Rich Ink text editing window, which includes Rich Text, stylus digital ink drawings and embedded voice capture to greatly enhance your SOAP note, exam and narrative report content.
• MyEMR for the Pocket PC integrates MyEMR for Windows for its "desktop partner", for availability of your SOAP notes, exams and narrative reports across your Windows network.
• Subjective:  History of occurrence, medical, family & social history;
• Objective:  Visual appearance and psychological impression, postural analysis (including height), vital signs (including weight, temperature, respiration, and unilateral and/or bilateral blood pressure), spinal palpation examination, and exams.
• Objective:  Exams categorically include (1) orthopedic tests with negative or positive results and radicular and localized sensory responses; (2) neurological signs indicating present and absent; (3) neurological reflexes, indicating normal, diminished and/or exaggerated responses; (4) sensory tests using segmental dermatomes or named dermatomes; (5) muscle tests graded from 1 to 5, and the grip strength test indicating percentage loss based on left or right handedness; (6) range of motion tests indicating the default range, actual range, and a pain type indicated at the significant range;
• Assessment:  Progress, multiple diagnosis sets, work restrictions, prognosis of outcome, and the prognosis contributing factors;
• Plan:  Treatment plan, including visit return frequency, treatment modalities and regions.
• Virtually all drop down pick lists and multi-select pick lists are user customizable and are incorporated into MyEMR's random text generation engine.
