MyEMR for the Pocket PC's diagnosis catalog displays all ICD-9 diagnoses codes in your database that are marked with an "Active" status.

 

• Displaying only "Active" diagnoses reduces the size of your listview to speed diagnosis selection.
• Click either the ICD-9 header bar or the Description head bar to sort numerically by ICD-9 or sort the descriptions alphabetically.
• Your sort preference becomes your user default preference.
• Click an ICD-9 code for it to become part of a patient's current diagnosis set.
• On visits where the diagnosis has changed, the diagnosis will be generated into the chiropractic SOAP note along with MyEMR's random text engine.
• Intelligent chiropractic software prevents selection of duplicate diagnosis codes.
