MyEMR for the Pocket PC patient diagnosis window
The patient's current diagnosis shows all ICD-9 codes that constitute
this patient's diagnosis date/time set.
- Time stamping the diagnosis maintains a record of a patient's
diagnosis history.
- If an ICD-9 code is added by error, touch-and-hold the ICD-9
code, and you will see a popup context menu with the option to
delete that diagnosis code.
- Click new to establish a new diagnosis record entry, which
automatically inherits the diagnosis codes from the previous
diagnosis set. You may likely need to edit only one diagnosis
line item.
- The patient's diagnosis is generated as part of the patient's
chiropractic SOAP note or report, along with MyEMR's random
text engine.
