Choose the prognosis window's contributing factors tab, selected as an alternate assessment window from the SOAP toolbar's extended menus.

 

• User customizable multi-selection pick lists with user customizable random text generation.
• Indicate contributing factors to the patient's prognosis.
• Indicate complicating factors considered in the patient's prognosis.
• The text of the prognosis contributing factors generates into the chiropractic report using MyEMR's random text generation.
