Choose the prognosis window, selected as an alternate assessment window from the SOAP toolbar's extended menus.

 

• User customizable dropdown pick lists and multi-selection pick lists let you describe a patient's prognosis in detail.
• Indicate the overall prognosis.
• Indicate the prognosis status "resulting from" factors.
• Indicate the projected time frame, probability and quality of maximum medical improvement (MMI).
• The text of the prognosis generates into the chiropractic report using MyEMR's random text engine.
