MyEMR for the Pocket PC's progress assessment window

 

Assess the patient's progress as part of the overall assessment and prognosis.

 

• Indicate the patient's care status as acute, chronic, sub-chronic, etc., with a comprehensive drop down pick list. 
• Indicate the patient's current progress, such as "good progress" or "too early to tell".
• Indicate any outside referrals ordered in the user customizable multi-select pick list.
• Indicate any deferred outside referrals in the user customizable multi-select pick list.
• All pick list and their associated random text generation content, including the order of appearance in the lists are fully user customizable.
• All pick list content is generated into the chiropractic SOAP note or comprehensive report using MyEMR's random text generation engine.
