Muscle grading from 1 to 5

 

• Indicate muscle grades from 1 to 5, or blank.
• Muscle tests are customized using the desktop's Pocket PC Exam Designer, where you can display the left/right boxes and/or the bilateral/midline boxes as desired.  For example, a left/right biceps tests would usually not be reported as "grade 5 bilaterally", so the bilateral/midline dropdown box would be invisible.
• For Applied Kinesiology use, the verbiage can be indicated to report "along the midline" or "bilaterally".
• Strict automatic intelligence on relationship of the left, right, bilateral and midline dropdown boxes ensures that your findings always make sense.
• Text is generated into your SOAP note or report using MyEMR's random text generation engine.
