Orthopedic tests

 
  • Indicate orthopedic tests as negative or positive on the left, right or bilaterally.
  • Strict automatic intelligence on the left/right/bilateral radio buttons ensure that findings make sense.
  • Orthopedic tests are user customizable using the desktops Pocket PC Exam Designer.
  • Report significant angle if applicable to a test, for example positive on the right at 38 degrees.
  • Define the range of degrees that may be applicable to a test, for example from 15 to 45 degrees or 0 to 90 degrees.
  • Indicate up to three radicular responses, such as mild, moderate or severe; left right or bilateral; pain or sensation; radicular region;
  • Indicate local response of pain and its severity.
  • All dropdown pick lists are user customizable so that only regions applicable to a particular test are in the pick list to minimize scrolling and enhance user entry.
  • Text is generated into your SOAP note or report using MyEMR's random text generation engine.
