Orthopedic tests
- Indicate orthopedic tests as negative or positive on the left,
right or bilaterally.
- Strict automatic intelligence on the left/right/bilateral radio
buttons ensure that findings make sense.
- Orthopedic tests are user customizable using the desktops Pocket
PC Exam Designer.
- Report significant angle if applicable to a test, for example
positive on the right at 38 degrees.
- Define the range of degrees that may be applicable to a test,
for example from 15 to 45 degrees or 0 to 90 degrees.
- Indicate up to three radicular responses, such as mild, moderate
or severe; left right or bilateral; pain or sensation; radicular
region;
- Indicate local response of pain and its severity.
- All dropdown pick lists are user customizable so that only
regions applicable to a particular test are in the pick list to
minimize scrolling and enhance user entry.
- Text is generated into your SOAP note or report using MyEMR's
random text generation engine.
