As an extended menu from the "S" subjective button on the SOAP toolbar window, meet MyEMR's patient history.

 

• The history of occurrence presents you with the Microsoft Rich Ink window, which includes text, ink and audio capture for multimedia flexibility in capturing the patient's history.
• The history of occurrence can be used with an optional fold-away keyboard for your Pocket PC.
• Medical history, family history and social history multi-select items are fully user customizable in content, including the sort order that items appear in your pick list.
• The patient history is generated into the comprehensive report by MyEMR's random text generation engine.
