Removed restriction of editing receipts in closed statement period

Stripped soft carriage returns from CPT codes

Blind soft carriage returns, allowed by the Intelli$ense dialog, were forcing an undesired line feed.  These are now stripped from the CMS-1500 print routine for retroactive effect.

Common new Auto-Checkout macros

New Auto-Checkout macros added in the Procedure Catalog are now commonly shared between EMR Datacenter and MyEMR.  If new macros are added for the purpose of text generation, synonymn text and goal text must be added.

[DXSERIES2] supports diagnosis codes 5 through 8, if present, to merge into Box 19, based on the insurance payer's specifications.

[FREEFORM] Box 19 merge variable added

This merge variable can contain up to 64 characters of custom text from a patient's insurance policy, to be merged into Box 19 if the merge variable is set in the insurance payer's Box 19 preferences.
