Display diagnosis in force on the new/edit transaction window

This is used to reference diagnosis pointers for box 24 E.  If no entries are made for box 24 E in the New Transaction window, the diagnosis count preference in the payer catalog is used.  Otherwise, the diagnosis pointers added apply.

Added provider ID to appointment template editor

This shows the provider ID in the event that the provider is entered several times (for different credentials, etc.), there is no ambiguity as to which appointment schedule you are defining or modifying.

Attorney remarks on patient general colorized as read-only.

The attorney remarks are displayed from the Attorney Catalog.  It is displayed as read-only in the patient information window.  The colorization now indicates this is a read-only field.

User Preference: Claim total disregards writeoffs and transfers

This is a user preference for management of boxes 28, 29, and 30.  If this box is checked, any Intelli$ense *941-IS writeoffs, copays or patient payments on a claim are disregarded for the purpose of calculating these fields. http://help.softwaremotif.com/emrdatacenter/preferences/ClaimTotals.gi

Provider Catalog ID added with provider name in payer ID overrides.

In the Provider PIN and GRP number overrides for each payer in the Payer Catalog, this eliminates any ambiguity for treating physicians entered more than once for different credentials or treating facilities.

Auto-checkout macro mapping

The mapping now displays the default modifier, if any, and defaults to sort by the Catalog ID if there is not a valid sort order defined.
