Changes to Accounting Ledger display window
This installation assumes that you are running at least 1024x768 resolution, as this displays more descriptive columns in your accounting ledger.
The accounting ledger now displays the treating physician for the transaction, Catalog ID, CPT, Modifier, Qty, POS. It was important to show the CPT code becauase the Catalog ID (which may mimick a CPT code) may have the CPT code for it overridden by Intelli$ense on the New Transaction window.
