Audit balances button added to patient financial window
As an extension of the global Audit Balances utility from the Start->All Programs->Software Motif->Audit Balances utility, this "Audit Balances" button added to the Patient Information window on the Financial tab provides the user with an instant reconcilliation of the patient and insurance pending balances if they are in question. The resulting balances that display on the Front Desk window are an absolute analysis of all service, product and accounting transactions in a patient's account. This calculated audited balances takes precedence over any of the statically accrued balances stored in the financial window (necessary for performance purposes).
