ClaimAttachment.rtf can be defined per site.
Similar to the NoteTemplate.rtf, the ClaimAttachment.rtf can be deleted from its default location and placed in each individual database site folder.
The default location for these RTF templates is:
C:\Program Files\Chirosoft\Data\Common\Documents\NoteTemplate.rtf
C:\Program Files\Chirosoft\Data\Common\Documents\ClaimAttachment.rtf
Each template can be customized and placed in the site folder (after deleting the template from the default location). An example of a site-level use of the print templates would be to customize and place the templates as in this example:
C:\Program Files\Chirosoft\Data\Main\NoteTemplate.rtf
C:\Program Files\Chirosoft\Data\Main\ClaimAttachment.rtf
