Claim serialization in posting remarks
For global claim posting, if the remark field is blank for payment, transfer or writeoff, the claim serial number will be inserted into the remark field.
For line item posting, the remark field contains the CPT code and the DOS and the right 7 digits of the check number.
This information contained in the "Remark" section will appear in the claim properties window, accounting ledger window, and on printed ledgers and patient statements.
