Audit claims button added to Post Insurance window

The user can now audit the claims on an individual patient for all claims in the Post Insurance window without opening the individually.  Previously, the user could audit a claim that was currently open or to audit claims for all claims in the database

Claims Audit utility modified for line item posting

The claims audit utility has been modified to further distinguish line item and global posting methods and the summary claim totals.
