Transaction recap modified;

The transaction recap has been modified to print only the "consolidated" report when "Active Providers".   If the individual reports for each provider is desired, they can be printed separately.

Database SQL Design 11.1.792 released;

This database design includes additional stored queries for improved insurance processing speed and additional statistical reports.

Insurance processing

Claim processing has been modified to include only single dates of service per claim, up to 6 transactions per claim.  Different dates of services will appear on separate claims.

Other health benefit plan (Box 11D)

The insurance policy window's subscriber tab has been modified for clarity in the on-screen instructions related to Boxes 9 and 11, if there is another health benefit plan notified in Box 11D.
