Line item posting sort order - closed items;
In the line item posting view, the closed items is now displayed in descending order, for easier review of recently posted items.

Line item posting payer display;
For closed line item entries, the first responsible payer was displayed, even if the claim was resubmitted to a secondary payer. This has been corrected.
