The implicit pre-billing check had been removed from Insurance Manager for new claim creation.  Due to some users bypassing the pre-billing screening report to pass/fail incomplete information, this has now been reimplemented into the new claims

"n/a" expanded for insurance policy field suppression;

The use of lowercase n/a (without quotation marks) has been expanded to support all insurance payer types, not limited to Medicare and Medicaid payers.  The policy number field has also been modified to support the n/a type. Using the capital letters
