On-demand receipt;
The notification "do you wish to save changes" has been removed to streamline the save/print/exit behavior. This is now accomplished in a single click without superfluous confirmation messages.

Split coinsurance vs. copay management;
This feature has been added to accommodate various policies that require patient coinsurance in addition to patient copay.
