Integrated credit card scanning

Integrated credit card support has been added to support VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover card, and any other credit and debit cards commonly processed by merchant services vendors. When swiping a card, the amount is automatically entered as a transaction, defaulting to the "Amount Due" field, but the user can manually override the processed amount. Credit card processing produces a merchant and patient receipt which overrides the patient default receipt setting.

Cash-only facilities
