Insurance payer preference;

A preference for "Box 31:  Include Provider State License #" has been added as a checkbox option.  By default, this should not be checked as the NUCC.org specifications for Box 31 does not include this state license number because of the specificity of the NPI numbers appropriately listed.

Exceptions to the use of Box 31 still persist.  This option provides this ability to override the factory default NUCC.org specifications for the CMS-1500 08/05 form.

MyEMR modality and EMR Datacenter macros;

The treatment plan modalities customization from within MyEMR's Tools->Customize->Plan->Modalities window has been modified so that there is strict coordination between the visibility of MyEMR modalities and the EMR Datacenter macros.

Suppressing the visbility of a MyEMR modality will suppress the corresponding macro in EMR Datacenter.

Choosing "Retrieve Deleted" in the customize area of MyEMR will recover all invisible (psuedo-deleted) modalities and macros.

Insurance payer overrides;

The preference for box 30 to be blank has been implemented in the "provider/payer overrides" in the payer catalog.  The default setting is to print the amount due in box 30.  The checkbox in the overrides section causes box 30 to be blank.

This is effective for the CMS-1500 08/05 form only.  It is not necessary for electronic billing.
