Adobe PDF support added
PDF files are now supported for both input and output. The full description of supported file types are:
*.png;*.tif;*.jpg;*.pcx;*.psd;*.tga;*.wbmp;*.wmf;*.emf;*.pcd;*.gif;*.pdf;
