Right-click file renaming

The right-click file renaming behavior has been modified to be consistent with the recent multi-thread safe manipulation of EMR Imagecenter. Requires SetupMyEMRSaaS.exe dated 6/2/2011 or later.

EMR Imagecenter 2011

EMR Imagecenter has been modified to provide thread-safe multi-threading among all of the controls within EMR Imagecenter. This allows all controls to be accessed without interrupting ongoing process threads, resulting in exceptional speed and exceptional user interface responsiveness. This design takes maximum performance advantage of our clustered server arrays and their cumulative multiple processor cores.

Cloud SaaS: EMR Imagecenter uploader cloud

The Cloud SaaS uploader for EMR Imagecenter has been modified to provide multi-thread simultaneous uploading as a matched set to EMR Imagecenter that is deployed on our Cloud SaaS servers. These changes provide exceptional speed and exceptioonal responsiveness due to coordinated multi-threads.

SaaS Cloud uploader

The installation has been modified to include the .NET 2.0/3.5 framework and includes graphic metafiles used by the uploader. For new installations, a default login file has been added to the desktop for the user to enter their login security credentials.

SaaS Uploader multi-threading

Multiple file drag/drop upload behavior has been improved with strictened multi-thread synchronization.

SaaS Uploader for EMR Imagecenter imaging OLE drag/drop

SaaS Uploader has been released as the user interface component for dragging and dropping image files into EMR Imagecenter with TLS/SSL support and 2048 bit encryption.

MyEMRRDPControl.dll for SaaS Cloud Servers

MyEMRRDPControl.dll for Servers has been installed on the SaaS cloud servers as a complement to MyEMRRDP32.dll and MyEMRRDP64.dll client assemblies for Remote Desktop Services. These assemblies provide an interface for a user's local computer to upload EMR Imagecenter files to a patient's account hosted within the Remote Desktop Services client window. This technique provides the ability for a user to use their factory scanner drivers to scan files and then upload them to the SaaS cloud servers with universal coimpatibility. EMR Datacenter 2011 and MyEMR 2011 have been modified, in support of these assemblies, to provide real-time image folder designation for accurately (and asynchronously) uploading batch images to multiple patient accounts.

MyEMRRDP32.dll and MyEMRRDP64.dll for EMR Imagecenter

MyEMRRDP32.dll and MyEMRRDP64.dll are in beta testing for SaaS users for EMR Imagecenter interaction between local computers and the cloud computing SaaS Remote Desktop Protocol sessions.

Imagecenter window load time

The EMR Imagecenter assemblies are now cached when EMR Datacenter and/or MyEMR loads for a virtually instant load of the EMR Imagecenter window.

Drag & drop files into document folder pane window

Support has been added to allow drag & drop of document files into a patients account by dropping into a patient's EMR Imagecenter folder pane.

Adobe PDF support added

PDF files are now supported for both input and output. The full description of supported file types are: *.png;*.tif;*.jpg;*.pcx;*.psd;*.tga;*.wbmp;*.wmf;*.emf;*.pcd;*.gif;*.pdf; Contact support@softwaremotif.com with questions about other file types.

Integrated OEM TWAIN driver multi-page scanning

Integrated support has been added for OEM scanner drivers with page feeders.

EMR Imagecenter for SaaS

EMR Imagecenter is released for Software-as-a-Service MyEMR and EMR Datacenter accounts for deployment during the month of August 2009.

Demo licensing;

EMR Imagecenter has been modified to provide demo licenses.

Floating network licensing;

The network licensing has been improved to provide floating licensing across the network for maximum flexibility and value-added behavior of the software installation.
