The mailing label alignment has been changed for the more popular Avery 5160 1" * 2 5/8" format. Avery 5160 or generic equivalents provide excellent alignment.

The full search help system hsa been re-linked into EMR Datacenter and MyEMR for both local area network users and Cloud SaaS users. This considers the difference between a local area network users without a virtual private network (VPN) and our Cloud SaaS users connected via the cloud server array's virtual private networik.

The newest spell checker is now deployed with the new text editor. The spell checker includes a complete English dictionary, plus custom user dictionary additions for each cs_pub.mdb database site.
The new spell checker supports the Microsoft Word 2010 style of squiggly underline right-click spelling suggestions, auto-correction of commonly misspelled words, such as replacing "receive" for the mistyped word "recieve". Spell checking also supports on-demand spell checking to spell check the entire document as a single session task.

A new SetupMyEMRSaaS.exe has been posted to provide the ability to manage multiple upload clouds, using multiple logins for multiple accounts. The positioning of the cloud target defaults to the lower right-hand corner of the window, but if a user moves the cloud target, the position is persistent for the next login for the named cloud server cluster. 64 bit and 32 bit versions are supported, and the single installation installs as 64 bit or 32 bit accordingly.

The EMR Suite Attendant has been modified to support metafiles for the purpose of launching multiple concurrent instances of EMR Datacenter and MyEMR.

The appointment resolutions now accrue on the Windows taskbar to choose a particular resolution by a single-click on the taskbar to view the patient and appointment time of the desired appointment resolution.

The appointment resolution popups have been modified to eliminate the message related to "unable to open more tables." Internal modifications include system.threading in support of background processes for optimal Windows Server performance and shared database record locks.

Narrate® Words has been released as a replacement to the DocEditor text editor.
Narrate® Words is a fully featured word processor that is compatible with Microsoft Word DOCX and DOC formats, RTF formats and much more.
Offices who do not have Microsoft Word will enjoy the features of Narrate® while avoiding the cost of Microsoft Word in many cases.

Final changes are now released to resolve an apparent freeze issue of the Front Desk window pausing while closing a patient. This is now resolved and related to the November 30 and December 3 installations addressing the DeleteCheckoutPatient message. These windows are now automatically synchronized and do not depend upon any cached metadata.

The procedure to remove a patient from the signed-in list when processing an appointment edit has been changed, particularly for high volume multiusers. This procedure no longer uses any cached data for the checkout process.
This change was again updated on 12/03/2010 at 1:30PM EST. If you installed prior to then, if you get any notification message after checking out a patient, download the refreshed update at http://update.softwaremotif.com which will refresh this later change. It does not require any database upgrade. This is a simple installation that lets you double-click, next, next, next, ... Finish. Thank you!

The word processing editor has been completed and is beginning its deployment in the history of occurrence section of MyEMR with a great new look and feel. This word processing control will be widely distributed within the EMR Suite software applications to achieve a consistent behavior in all areas. The launching performance time of the new edit is substantially improved compared to the editors it replaces. This editor supports native 64 bit and 32 bit operating systems.

Many performance imrprovements have been made as the result of testing on very large databases in local area network environment. This provides significant increases in performance from networked workstations.
New tables and queries have been added in support of multi-provider support of unique Box 19 contents for each provider, or a shared default Box 19 entry.
Also in support of multiple providers treating the same patient, changes have been made to the diagnosis tables to support a patient have several current diagnosis sets established by several providers.
