Factory verbiage
Additional factory verbiage was added to the plan modality section to include muscular reeducation, therapeutic exercises, decompression table therapy and myofascial release.

Remove duplicate Rich Ink notes
In the Database32 utility in the actions combobox, the "Delete Duplicate Rich Ink Notes" has been added. This is needed if an orphaned Pocket PC partnership is combined with the existing desktop data to coordinate establishing a working Pocket PC
