Stored procedure dynamically added to cs_pub.mdf

For enhanced narrative report generation performance, a stored query has been added to the cs_pub.mdf public database.  The SmarText random text engine and narrative report libraries have been modified to complement this change.

DataSurgery modified for comprehensive compact/repair capability

DataSurgery now compacts the database, repairs the database in the event a network interruption caused a "possible corruption", as well as performs its actions as read-only from the source database.  The automatic renaming creates a new cs_pub.mdb

MyEMR 2006 maintenance update 12/05/05

A new download is available for users who have downloaded the 12/01/05 release of MyEMR 2006.  This corrects an intermittent display problem in the previous notes section.
