Random text generation engine modified;
The MyEMR 2006 for Windows "ChiroPad4.ocx" text engine has been modified to consider each the of random text selections for an increased fair balance of statistical probability. The file is located in MyEMR's factory default installation

Activities of Daily Living modified;
The ADL window is modified to eliminate the duplicate index key error message and to widen the display grid for the ADL's affected.
