CPT code text generation preference

Within MyEMR, from the top frame menu goto Tools->Options and choose the SOAP Notes tab and then check or uncheck the option to "suppress CPT code text generation."

The text engine for MyEMR has been expanded to include CPT code generation within the body of the note as an exact match to the modalities selected in the treatment plan. The relation of a modality and its applicable CPT code(s) are defined at: Tools->Catalogs->Procedures and choose the "Auto Check Macros" button.

MyFindings user interface modified

The MyFindings user interface has been modified to support drag & drop sorting of findings and the sub-anatomical regions. Background grammar type sorting is construed for proper sentence construction and randomization, with the exception of explicitly sorted findings and sub-anatomical regions, whose sort order is strictly maintained. The random text generation engine has been modified so that it retroacatively applies the same behavior to achieve optimal and precise text randomization, even for previously established records who may not have been grammatically sorted. These changes are available for download as of 6/13/2011, and have been applied to our Cloud SaaS servers as of 6/13/2011 2AM.

Random text generation modified

The primary random text generation engine has been modified to provide strict matches and eliminates wildcard text lookups associated with the spinal palpation view. Issues arising from this are statistically rare, however, necessary to provide the strict match.

MyFindings™ extremity text generation

MyFindings™ for extremity text generation has been completed for MyEMR for Windows 2011. The random text generation engine provides new inteliigence beyond the behavior of MyFindings on the Pocket PC, with respect to clicking items out of order, or conflicting items such as "mild and severe", as well as an overall grammar review of the built extremity finding packages. This is packaged in SetupEMRSuite.exe installation packages dated 5/12/2011 or later.

64 bit MyEMR text generation text controls

The 64 bit controls are now released for 64 bit versions of Windows 7, Windows Vista, Windows Server 2008. This provides significant loading performance from window to window for a significant performance imrprovements. A 32 bit compile is also provided in the installation package, and will sense the appropriate library to install for your operating system.

Spinal palpation graphics symbols for Windows 7, Vista, & Windows Server 2008

The spinal palpation window has been rewritten to support all graphical symbols as UNICODE, with backwards compatibility for Windows Mobile Pocket PC, Windows XP and Windows Server 2003 operating systems.

Missing Progress Notes report for SQL Server 2005/2008

MyEMR for Windows users now have the ability to migrate large datatabase content to Microsoft SQL Server 2005 and 2008. This provides ultra large database capacity as well as remote access performance. All previous note formats, including Pocket PC rich ink note formats are supported.

File archive management

X-ray viewer modified

The x-ray viewer is modified to manage each view in its own multi-thread. This improves the loading time and overall smooth performance, particularly with very high resolution x-ray images.

12/02/10: Tablet PC screen resolution

Any updates subsequent to 12/01/2010 will provide notice if the primary monitor resolution is less than 1024 pixels in width or less than 600 pixels in height. This 1024x600 resolution is the default size of a Tablet PC.
