Vital signs text generation

This has been corrected so that empty vital signs fields do not withhold the text generation of the remaining fields.

Database field name / ordinal support

Field name support has been added to ignore the ordinal positions of random text library fields for multiple database schema compatibility.

Clearing Pocket PC Windows Clipboard

The Windows Clipboard is now cleared when switching between patients on the Pocket PC, necessary for the effectiveness of the All Content ­§ report generation and Pocket CatchPhrase, as well as the copy/cut/paste functions.

Diagnosis database index behavior

The diagnosis record select display has been modified to peruse the complete indices in the database to ensure the accurate diagnosis record is displayed, particularly an issue during backdating sessions, however not an issue during regular daily use.
