SetupMyEMRPPC2000.exe - legacy Pocket PC 2000 that is Pocket PC 2002 compatible;
SetupMyEMRMobile2003.exe - for Pocket PC 2003 devices;
SetupMyEMRMobile2005.exe - for Pocket PC 2005 devices;
With the separate installations, it is more suited for compatibility with various CPU manufacturers that are prevalent among Pocket PC manufacturers.
The Mobile 2005 device installation does not conflict with the Mobile 2003 device installation and vice versa, for users with more than one device, such as a new Mobile 2005 and a spare older 2003 device.
