Diagnosis ICD-9 sort order now implemented in MyEMR 2007

In the Assessment->Diagnosis window of MyEMR 2007, a "spinner" control has been added to provide sorting orders as indicated by Medicare and other insurance payers.

Factory default Deerfield test (leg length) verbiage;

MyEMR 2007 Pocket PC installations modified;

The installations for Windows Mobile 2003 and Windows Mobile 2005 Pocket PC devices have been modified to place factory default XML verbiage files onto the Pocket PC if a user does not have any customized verbiage already present on the Pocket PC.
