Software Engineer – C#.NET w/SQL Server 2000
Software Motif, Inc. is currently considering
applications for a software engineering position. The
successful candidate will work closely with our
application design specifications for our cross platform
software products for multi-disciplinary healthcare
facilities.
The successful candidate will have the following
attributes:
- Master or Bachelor of Science in Computer Science or
a closely related field.
- Five (5) years of increasingly complex
programming/analysis activities in a business
environment, using at least two of the following
products: Microsoft Visual C++, Borland C++, Java,
J2EE/CORBA, Microsoft InterDev, or Microsoft Visual
Basic.
- Two (2) years of sustained experience in development
using C#.NET/ASP.NET for rich interface and Internet and
Intranet thin applications.
- Two (2) years of sustained experience with SQL
Server 2000, including parameterized stored queries,
command line level knowledge of SQL-92 scripting,
normalization of databases, index tuning, OLAP and BI reporting
and data drilling services.
- Two (2) years of experience using Crystal Reports /
Business Objects for COM/ActiveX and .NET assemblies.
- Experience using LeadTools document imaging
assemblies is a plus but is not required.
- Experience with the Windows CE embedded operating
system, particularly the Pocket PC, is a plus but is not
required.
- Demonstrable healthcare insurance processing and
accounts receivable knowledge.
- Demonstrable understanding of HIPAA regulations
within the scope of healthcare business models
applicable to information technology.
- Understanding of data requirements of existing
systems or similar systems within the industry.
- Ability to effectively interface in a software
development team environment.
- After initial review of an applicant's
