June 20, 2006 – MyEMR 2006 for Windows Mobile 5.0, MyEMR 2006 for
Windows and EMR Datacenter 2006
The MyEMR
Suite chiropractic software releases are now available for download
for licensed users.
June 10, 2006 – MyEMR 2006 Pocket PC w/XML text engine now available
MyEMR 2006 for the Pocket PC, both Standard and Personal Injury
Editions, which implement the XML random text engine, are now available
as download links for users with active software support agreements.
Windows Mobile 2003 and Windows Mobile 2005 Pocket PC devices are
supported.
The new "MyEMR Mobile Verbiage" refresh utility replaces the "MyEMR
Pocket PC Verbiage Refresh" utility, which previously performed a "copy
and convert" process.
The cs_pub.cdb and CatchPhrase.cdb file formats have been completely
obseleted by this XML format software release. Accordingly, users can
delete cs_pub.cdb and CatchPhrase.cdb from their Pocket PC's. After
installation of the MyEMR 2006 software, users should place the
appropriate XML format files on the Pocket PC device, by going to:
Start->All Programs->Software Motif->MyEMR Mobile Verbiage -
press the Transfer buttons to complete the task.

January 1, 2006 CD-ROM releases mailed to qualifying users
During the week of January 1, 2006, all qualifying MyEMR® for Windows, EMR
Datacenter and MyEMR® 2006 Pocket PC users are to be mailed the January
1, 2006 CD-ROM commercial software releases. Software downloads
are available to all qualifying users with cable or DSL Internet
connections by contacting
support@softwaremotif.com.
December 1, 2005 – MyEMR 2006 Suite released
EMR Datacenter™ 2006 and MyEMR® 2006 for Windows and the Pocket PC
are now officially released. Focused on distributed system
integration through an open architecture of commercially available
software products, changes include an HTML online help system, and
database compatibility with Microsoft Office 2003 and integrated
applications which use the Microsoft.Jet.OLEDB.4.0 Data Provider or the
Microsoft Access JET 4.0 ODBC driver.
October 15, 2005 – New MyEMR 2006 and EMR Datacenter 2006 to be
released December 1, 2005
We are pleased to announce our next significant chiropractic software
upgrade series – MyEMR 2006 and EMR Datacenter 2006. Its database engine
is fully compatible with Microsoft Office 2003, Microsoft Windows Small
Business Server 2003 and Microsoft Exchange Server. Significant network
performance increases have been included for maximum performance of
large networked offices. More information will be posted regarding this
special chiropractic series upon its December 1, production release.
September 17, 2005 – CD-ROM releases mailed to qualifying users
As of September 17, 2005, all qualifying MyEMR for Windows, EMR
Datacenter and MyEMR 2005 Pocket PC users were mailed the September 15,
2005 CD-ROM commercial release of MyEMR for Windows and other applicable
licensed chiropractic software.
July 20, 2005 – 3rd Quarter 2005 releases of
EMR Datacenter 2005 and MyEMR 2005
The 3rd Quarter 2005 releases of EMR Datacenter and MyEMR for Windows
are available for download to chiropractic offices with active technical
support accounts. Qualifying users have been notified by e-mail.
If you did not receive an e-mail download link, please contact
support@softwaremotif.com to confirm your current e-mail address.
These downloads include
release
notes through July 19, 2005. All qualifying users will also
receive CD-ROM updates by First Class Mail.

Edition released
We are pleased to announce the release of the Personal Injury Edition

January 28, 2005 – release date for MyEMR
2005 Pocket PC Personal Injury Edition
Software Motif is pleased to announce the release of the Personal
Injury Edition of the MyEMR Pocket PC software on March 1, 2005.
All users with a support subscription in effect as of July 1, 2004 will
receive this upgrade at no charge. We appreciate your patience.
This is a very nice release we have been expecting. We exceeded
the original design criteria for a highly customizable user interface.

July 13, 2004 - MyEMR Pocket PC maintenance release #2
The evening of July 13, 2004, a download link was e-mailed to all
MyEMR Pocket PC users for our latest maintenance update. This
included 1) a fix to the "snap" behavior of muscle test grading; 2)
Correction of the "0000-00-00" date in the prior note window; and from
maintenance release #1, 3) a user preference for text generating the
spine as 5 distinct regions or 1 single region; and 4) a correction to
the numerical pain scale behavior on the subjective window.

postage at the US Postal sorting facility in Lake Mary, Florida.
All users may expect delivery in 3 to 4 business days.
April 4, 2004 – 2nd Quarter 2004 CD-ROM's
submitted for duplication
The 2nd quarter 2004 CD-ROM images were submitted today for duplication
during this week. All users of EMR Datacenter and MyEMR for the
Pocket PC will receive a CD-ROM by First Class mail at no fee.

releases MyEMR® for Windows as a freeware download
Software Motif is pleased to announce that on January 4, 2004 it
officially released MyEMR® for Windows as a free download on its
dedicated website,
http://www.myemrfree.com. While the web site recommends
downloading with high-speed cable or DSL access, provisions are also
available for users to purchase a CD-ROM of the software, for a $7.50
manufacturing and shipping fee.
